Meet Zoë — Zoë is the founder of Impressability, a boutique career development and advocacy business based in Wodonga. With 17 years of experience across careers, employment, and human resources, Zoë helps individuals and organisations navigate career pathways and workplace systems with clarity, creativity, and compassion.
Her background in legal research and advocacy strategy gives her a sharp edge when it comes to designing emotionally intelligent frameworks for careers and HR.
Zoë is passionate about transforming punitive systems into supportive, trauma-informed practices that centre autonomy, dignity, and emotional safety. She brings these insights to her regular column published in ACM newspapers, including The Canberra Times, where she offers empathetic and evidence-based critiques on government accountability, workplace culture, and welfare systems.
As a neurodivergent systems designer, Zoë builds scalable, practical resources—from onboarding kits to sensory tools—that help organisations embed compliance and care in equal measure. Her mentoring programs are widely recognised for their warmth, clarity, and respect for individual boundaries, creating safe spaces for people to grow and self-advocate.
Zoë’s is currently completing a Juris Doctor degree, adding to her qualifications which include a Graduate Diploma in Careers Education & Development, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), and a Certificate IV in Government Procurement.
Organisations and individuals choose Zoë for her unique ability to bridge statutory precision with creative compassion. She doesn’t just design systems—she reimagines what support can feel like.
