With over 15 years of HR experience, Victoria supports purpose-driven business owners in building aligned, confident, and high-performing teams — without the overwhelm.
Originally from Ireland, Victoria arrived in Australia as a backpacker and, much to her mum’s surprise, fell in love with an Aussie. Sixteen years later, she proudly calls Albury home, balancing business life with two energetic kids and a mission to make hiring and leadership genuinely enjoyable.
Her signature Magnetic Hiring Method takes the guesswork out of recruitment, helping small business owners build teams that truly fit. She also facilitates DISC personality profiling workshops that transform the way teams communicate, collaborate, and lead.
