Meet Natalie — Natalie is the founder of Impact Strategy Australia and an experienced executive leader who helps organisations sharpen their strategy, strengthen their operations, and deliver meaningful results. She specialises in strategy development, communications, marketing, operational planning, business advisory, and interim or fractional leadership placements.
Natalie brings more than a decade of senior strategic leadership across multinational corporations, government, not-for-profits, and community organisations. She has led teams, driven strategic transformation, and managed complex projects across industries as diverse as automotive, sport, wine, tourism, higher education, health, and all levels of government.
Alongside her consulting work, Natalie is a Non-Executive Director for Alpine Resorts Victoria on behalf of the Victorian State Government, and for Murray Regional Tourism. She is also co-founder of Ka-Ching Coworking Space in Rutherglen, a vibrant hub for regional business people to work, connect, and collaborate.
