Meet Linda — Linda Griffiths-Brown is the Managing Director of Total HRM, an Albury-based consultancy dedicated to “making the people stuff simple” for businesses across North East Victoria, Southern NSW, and the Riverina. With more than 30 years’ experience across Australia and internationally, Linda is a respected HR strategist and business leader who partners with organisations to align people, performance, and culture for long-term success.
At Total HRM, Linda leads a skilled team of HR professionals who support businesses across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. She helps clients ensure they have the right people in the right roles, backed by the right structures. Known for her practical, people-first approach, Linda brings clarity to complex awards, frameworks, and workplace challenges, while coaching leaders to navigate change with confidence.
Linda’s career spans senior and executive roles in mining, energy, government, and higher education, including lecturing in Human Resource Management at La Trobe University. Since taking ownership of Total HRM a decade ago, she has driven the consultancy’s growth and impact, leading complex organisational change projects, performance improvement programs, and workforce strategies that deliver measurable results.
