As the owner and principal of Vision Freelance since 2008, Kristy has worked with an impressive client list – from global corporations like Microsoft to local councils, health services, and not-for-profit organisations.

Her work spans media and communications strategies, annual reports, strategic plans, website copy, media releases, speeches, and feature articles. With a Bachelor of Print Journalism from the University of Canberra, Kristy’s career has taken her from the fast-paced newsroom of The Border Mail to senior communications roles in government, health, and community sectors.

Having grown up on the Border and spent much of her career here, Kristy combines deep local knowledge with the professionalism and polish of working on national and international projects. She thrives on understanding a client’s vision, nailing the brief, and producing copy that delivers results.

When she’s not crafting compelling words, Kristy is a proud mum to three children. She loves the beach, cooking, travel, and hearing the stories that make people and places unique.
