Meet Katrina — Katrina is the founder of Tender Right, a Berrigan-based consultancy specialising in helping regional SMEs and community organisations secure government grants and tender contracts. Established 15 years ago, Tender Right was born from Katrina’s passion for supporting regional businesses and communities to access funding opportunities and deliver projects that make a lasting impact.
Over the past decade and a half, Katrina has worked alongside local governments and organisations across the Riverina and Murray to secure millions of dollars in funding for regional infrastructure and community initiatives. Her portfolio includes successful projects such as childcare centres, sporting facilities, galleries, arts and cultural precincts, micro-abattoirs, town halls, streetscapes, festivals, and events.
Katrina is known for her ability to craft compelling narratives that get shortlisted and funded. With a Bachelor of Agribusiness and Proposal Management qualifications from PMAA, she combines technical expertise with a practical, collaborative approach. She cares about both the big picture and the fine detail—dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s to give every project the best chance of success.
In addition to running Tender Right, Katrina also serves as a Procurement Specialist with the NSW Business Advisor Program, where she provides free tender consultation and advisory services to SMEs across the state.
Organisations choose Katrina because she is open, flexible, and deeply committed to positive outcomes for regional businesses and communities. She thrives on collaboration and takes pride in turning good ideas into funded projects that deliver real impact.
