Meet Karina Karina Dooley is the founder and Director of Projectura. Projectura partners with governments and organisations in rural and regional Australia to engage communities and shape visions and strategies that deliver real outcomes. Based on the Murray River and working across Victoria and New South Wales, Projectura's mission is to give communities a voice, improve liveability, and reduce inequalities in rural and regional places.


Since 2014, Projectura has delivered municipal and place-based visions, strategies, engagement frameworks, and service reviews. The consultancy thrives on complex projects where collaboration, clarity and measurable results matter most. In recognition of its impact, Projectura was named the Business NSW Excellence in Micro Business Award state winner in 2022.
