Karina brings 20 years of public and private sector experience, with a background spanning retail property, residential master-planned neighbourhoods, and local government. Her career has been focused on fast-tracking community infrastructure and creating social outcomes that empower rural and regional communities.

Under her leadership, Projectura has delivered municipal and place-based visions, corporate-aligned strategies, strategic engagement advice, and service and practice reviews.
