Meet Bjelkie — Bjelkie Lansdown is a WHS, mental health and resilience specialist with a passion for helping regional businesses create safer, stronger and more supportive workplaces. With over 30 years of experience, she brings deep expertise across workplace health and safety systems, legal compliance, wellbeing programs and resilience training.
As the founder of BL Management Consultants (BLMC), Bjelkie works with organisations of all sizes to navigate increasing compliance demands, manage psychosocial risks, and build resilient, high-functioning teams.
