‘Data Science & Evaluation Specialist’
Meet Arno - Arno Parolini is a data science and evaluation specialist, who helps to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Arno enjoys working with human and health service organisations to help them better understand what’s working, what’s not working, and where to go next.
Through his consultancy, ‘Stats With Purpose’, Arno support organisations to build internal capability in data analysis and evaluation — whether through tailored training, hands-on mentoring, or delivering high-impact evaluation projects that don’t just sit on a shelf.
Before launching Stats With Purpose, Arno held senior roles at Family Safety Victoria and the Victorian Disability Worker Commission, and has worked across academic institutions in Europe and Australia. Arno holds a PhD in economics (with a focus on behavioural public economics and applied econometrics), as well as master’s degrees in both economics and business administration.
